Prices

How much do you charge for your dessert?

Prices vary depending on size and complexity of the design. Please refer to our pricing section under the menu tab for general pricing information. For more complicated designs, Please contact us for a price quote.​

Deliveries

Do you offer delivery and setup for dessert tables?

Delivery and setup are required for all dessert tables. The prices for delivery vary based on location (50 cents per mile for the 1st 20 miles and $1 per mile for all additional miles, plus any tolls).Please contact us for setup and breakdown price for dessert tables.

Where do you deliver your desserts?

We generally deliver to the Metro Atlanta area but may make exceptions to other areas in Georgia. In general, we will not make deliveries further than 2 hours from Smyrna, Georgia.

Do you ship desserts?

We regret that we CANNOT ship desserts at this time.

Flavors & Tasting

Your treats are beautiful, but do they taste good too?

We make all of our cakes for cake pops, from scratch. During berry picking season, strawberries are picked fresh from farms in Georgia. That means we make them when you order them — no frozen products here and nothing comes from a jar! We only use fresh ingredients, including real butter, milk, flour, sugar and eggs! This means our cakes not only look beautiful, but they also taste delicious.

How much are treat tastings, and what do they entail?

Treat tastings can be scheduled prior to making initial deposit. Tasting are available for orders of $200 and up. You will receive 4 servings of 3 different treats of your choice for $20. That amount is non-refundable but will be deducted from your final cost if an order is placed within 2 weeks.

How do I schedule a tasting?

Tastings are not held at our location. Once you’ve selected your treats from our menu list, you or a representative will pick up the samples from our location and are free to enjoy with friends and family. This eliminates the pressure of having to make a decision right away. Once you’ve decided on a treat, please contact us and we will move forward with the order. If you should need to reschedule, or cancel, we ask that you contact us no later than 1 week in advance.

What cake pop flavors  do you have?

At Dripping Sweet we pride ourselves in creating the most mouthwatering treats you will ever taste. Please take a look at our flavor section under the menu tab for a list of all the flavors we offer.

I have my own cake pop flavor in mind, do you do custom flavors?

Our cakes are made to order, so if you have a flavor in mind, let us know and we’ll do everything we can to make it for you!

Do you make gluten-free, dairy-free or egg-less cakes?

We do not offer gluten-free, dairy-free or egg-less treats at this time.

Are you an allergy free facility?

Although we take every precaution we are not an allergy free facility. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

Can I supply my own cake or dessert table design ideas?

Yes absolutely! It’s important that we work together to incorporate your style and tastes into your order. We work individually with each client to ensure your treats or dessert table is tailored for your event. Please feel free to check out our gallery for more inspiration.

What is included in a dessert table package?

Every package includes a free consultation where I work with you to create the perfect table for your event. Full design and construction of your table with an assortment of freshly-made desserts. Stylish display stands, risers, trays, glass jars, tongs, and scoops as necessary. Set up at your event location and pick-up after event.

Can I customize the dessert table a little more?

You may choose to upgrade your dessert table for a more customized look. Package upgrades include: a theme/color coordinated backdrop. Table decorations and props to match the color scheme and theme of you event. Customized food labels, ribbons, tags, stickers or menu cards.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We’d like as much lead-time as possible…but if you have a short notice order, ask us, and we’ll try to get it done for you! If possible, we ask that you give us at least 2 to 4 weeks’ notice for individual treats and at least 4 to 6 weeks’ notice for dessert tables. Cakes and dessert tables are always based off availability and some months books up faster than others so plan ahead!

Do you have a store where I can walk in and purchase treats on the spot?

No, we are a by-appointment only shop which specializes in custom mini treats, and dessert tables. All our orders are made for clients and we do not carry treats on hand.

Can I pick up my order ?

Yes! You may schedule a time to pick up your treats. Keep in mind that if you or your representatives elect to pick up and set up your cake or desserts, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake or desserts once they leave our possession.

Payment

Is a deposit required when placing an order?

An initial non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm and hold a reservation. An order is not considered active until payment is received.

​

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments by Cash, Cash App or Credit Cards. For your convenience you may pay your invoice using our Online Payment option.

When is the balance due?

A deposit of 50% is due at time of order placement. Balance is due in full 3 days prior to the event date for treat orders and 14 days prior for dessert table orders. We must receive the balance by 5 pm on the due date indicated in your contract to begin working on your order. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the order, contract will be null and void, and deposit will not be refunded.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

The balance due date is the final date for any cancellation or changes to the event date, size, style or kind desserts. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing. Cancellations received after the balance due date will not be subject to refund. In the event of an emergency, should we fail to deliver your treats on the date requested a refund for the full amount will be issued to you.

Miscellaneous

Will my treats look EXACTLY like the picture?

Although we will do everything to accommodate your vision, keep in mind that everything is custom made when you order and for that reason no 2 treats will ever be EXACTLY the same. Further more, at Dripping Sweet we do not recreate the work of other treat designers. With that being said, if you have pictures that you'd like to use for inspiration, we will stay within the same design but come up with a design that is entirely yours. We also reserve the right to exercise artistic license and make last minute changes if necessary in order to guarantee the structural, visual, and creative integrity of the treats.

Can you make treats with logos or pictures?

Currently we do not have the capability of printing your pictures, corporate logos or images onto treats. We can however have them printed at a local bakery and place them onto your treats. Keep in mind there is a charge of $10 per page.
